This was my first full playthrough of the FDS version of Metroid. Interesting what they did with the extra sound channel. Kind of disappointed that you don't get to play as helmetless Samus after you finish it, but the moneybags on the save select screen were entertaining.

This is my first recording using the Magewell USB Capture HDMI+, which is capable of recording at custom framerates. Original video was 880x720 @ 60.10 FPS, which was converted to 1920x1080 @60 FPS for YouTube.

NES hardware is authentic (albiet modded for RGB output), but the Disk System bits are emulated by an Everdrive N8 Pro.

Video recording path:
YPbPr-modded NES top loader → Linkstyle DSW3-1 component switch → CE Labs AV400COMP distribution amplifier → OSSC → Cirago 4K HDMI 2.0 Bi-Directional 2x1 Switch → Orei 4K 1x2 HDMI splitter → Magewell USB Capture HDMI+

Audio recording path:
YPbPr-modded NES top loader → Linkstyle DSW3-1 component switch → CE Labs AV400COMP distribution amplifier → Native Instruments Traktor Audio 6
