I did this as a little experiment to see how it would look. Unfortunately I don't really enjoy the way AI upscaling stuff usually ends up looking, so this isn't something I'm particularly satisfied with. It does end up looking pretty decent in the thunderstorm part though. It's not super likely that I'd do more of this AI upscaling stuff, but maybe if it gets better in the future, or maybe the driver settings I have for Video2X aren't set properly, I'll need to experiment more with shorter clips.

Using my RTX 3060 12GB, this took around 8 hours and 15 minutes to run using Video2X 4.8.1 on the RealSR NCNN Vulkan driver and at 3x multiplier to get a final output of 1920x1528, kind of a weird resolution.
