Here's a walkthrough of me going through Metroid Prime 3: Corruption for Wii on Hyper Mode (aka Hard Mode). I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, logbook completion, and Credits/Friend Vouchers.

I activate the elevator and find a Missile Expansion up there. I then go on to find some new enemies known as Phazon Hoppers. After defeating them off, I find a Gunship Missile Expansion and another Missile Expansion.
