Metroid Prime 3: Permanent Hypermode (Seed Mode) with Glitches
As if this game couldn't be any more broken...
Once you get a hypermode upgrade (preferably from Bryyo or Pirate Homeworld seeds; Elysia's is damn near impossible to exit at the moment without crashing), you can exit using the boost ball trick shown while retaining permanent hypermode status (I call it "Seed Mode").
This type of hypermode has the same behavior as normal mode. The yellow bar represents how much energy Samus has, but only shows up to 150 units.
Entering a hazard or an element that would normally cause you to abort hypermode will just force you back in. If these elements overlap, you'll take damage. You'll die as normal if you have it depleted (except in the odd case near the end of this video, I don't know why).
When you gain energy, the bar doesn't update until you auto vent.
Simply put, this mode is not designed to operate outside of any of the seeds.
