Metroid Prime 4: Beyond - Will they return?
41Will fan favorite species from the original Metroid Prime trilogy will return in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond? Metroid Prime games are full of world building moments for different civilizations, whether it’s first stepping foot in the Chozo Hall of Elders, meeting U-Mos in the great temple of the Luminoth, or landing on Bryyo before the great Reptilicus creations. Each game offers pieces of lore that reveals fascinating galactic civilizations using some of Nintendo’s most understated storytelling. Players form a subtle attachment to these civilizations as they immerse themselves in richly detailed worlds. So with Metroid Prime 4 drawing ever closer, we need to discuss the likelihood of any of these civilizations returning two decades later, and whether that’s even possible given where the original games left off.
