21% Definition/Description (for those not familiar with it):

21% is the lowest possible percentage to beat the game with. Additionally to the items skipped in a 22% run, 21% even skips the Space Jump Boots-upgrade, making 21% A LOT more difficult than 22%. Normally, you would need at least 29% to beat the game, so 21% skips at least 8% (8 required items).
