The goal of Max% Minimum Majors is to collect as many items possible with the least amount of major upgrades. This run now only collects 8 major upgrades, which should be the absolute minimum, barring any crazy discoveries. This playthrough continues off of my Minimum Items file that was already beaten because I didn't feel like starting a new file since it was a pretty tough to reach the end. So, Part 3 is technically Part 4 of this challenge.

Part 3 revisits Area 5 and Area 7.
