5Segment 19 of the Big Boss run: Cargo Elevator Ambush.
You can't solely rely on neck-breaking for this ambush; the guards shoot you IMMEDIATELY from the start, so you need to do something to keep the other guards occupied while you kill one. A stinger to the two left guards works good, and allows you to focus on the right guard, but if you are good at timing you can knock the right guard over the rail before the left guards start shooting. You will still get blasted, though.
If you are using your 1 ration, this is a good time to use it.
