ok, here's the "briefing" ^^

Zone1: At the start, after throwing the csg, i wait 1/2 sec to let pmc call reinforcements faster than usual:
In that way, 2 soldiers came on the floor, at 0:23 , and not on the top.
0:42 : i voluntarily wait 1-2 sec before hs the guard because i need to wait that all others pmc had been "smokestunned"
In that way 1 csg only is good for the climbing part.

Zone2: I use the new game method, to make an item menu after this area, to be able to equip stuns grenades without replace csg. (loose 2 sec)

Zone3: clear in 53sec (difference save files times)

Zone4: I equip stuns grenades to save a few times on the next area. (my m4 was already equipped with gr. launcher, so it takes the same time if my menu was "perfect". Its not, so loose 1sec...)
3:00 : I use a stun grenades because no mk2 in my menu.

Zone5: nothing to say

Zone6: Stun grenade at the start allows me to run in the front line of the exit of the first area (before 1rst cutscene) = save 2 seconds

Zone7: This is where i thought i was able to save lot of times: just thrown a single stun grenades to stun all the first wave of frogs, instead of "cqc-ing" the last like in the cosmos vid. (i finally realize that cqc the last frogs makes the next waves come faster, so....)
