The easiest way to achieve S rank in Episode 16.
This mission is a pain in the ass to do the normal way, so I figured out where the vehicle spawns instead of taking on 2 tanks and then the Skulls.
You need to have the Fulton recovery device at level 3, if you do not have this, swap around your staff until you meet the requirements.
