Secret items are unlocked if you upload your MGS 5: Ground Zeroes Save Data to PSN, and then download it to your MGS 5: Phantom Pain game. Video shows how to unlock [SV-SNEAKING SUIT] uniform, [SOLID SNAKE] uniform, and [BIONIC ARM (GLD)]. If you also did the Hideo Kojima mission, he will also be transferred to your Mother Base Staff Management area. Note that Hideo can be unlocked without Ground Zeroes Save Data if you just complete Side Op 112. Video shows the step-by-step process transferring the MGSV: GZ Save Data to MGS5: Phantom Pain, unlocking the 3 items, developing the 3 items, then field test all of them out on the map. "Deja Vu" can be unlocked by collecting all the XOF patches from the main mission. You can get BIONIC ARM (GLD) "Gold variation" (most powerful punch) of the bionic myoelectric arm prosthesis by finishing main Ground Zeroes mission in MGSV: Ground Zeroes. #mgsv
