Apex monsters are some of the hardest creatures to kill in the entire game, but Apex Seregios is a joke if you know how to fight a regular Seregios. The only part of his body you won't bounce off of is its legs, which is funny because hitting those makes it easy to trip him up. The legs are also his weak point, and they're extremely easy to hit in the first place because he's so frickin' enormous. If you have Antivirus like I do, the Frenzy is absolutely nothing to worry about. However, equipping the Seregios armor is also recommended because of Negate Bleeding and Mind's Eye.
Cool monster, disappointing difficulty level.
