Michael Jackson's Moonwalker Game Sample - Arcade
This is a quality arcade game starring the legendary king of pop! Many are familiar with the Genesis/Mega Drive port of the game...some are familiar with the Sega Master System version; not too many people are familiar with this one. As you can see, it is a hectic action game where you use your magic (including charging energy while "moonwalking" to shoot power blasts) and dance moves (dance bombs? they have limited usage and you get some from saving kids, lol) to clear the area of Mr. Big's baddies. Some thugs are too tough to take out with incredible music and dance moves alone, so with the help of your monkey pal, you transform to shoot missiles and lasers as a mechanical MJ.
Things may get a bit tough, but as you can see in the attract mode that is part of this video, you can play with up to three MJs...so you may ask...who's bad? Well, if you aren't bad enough solo, you can become badder with extra help! With basic health items and dance bomb items, you will be the smoothest of criminals as you build a high score and save all the kids --- it is up to you to stop Mr. Big's diabolical plans!
Well, if it sounds like I am being silly, I'm not really; I just wanted to make some MJ references in this particular description. In all seriousness, this is a decent game made back in 1990, though you might do a double take, as the game does not look like what many are familiar with (as I never actually saw a Moonwalker arcade machine in my area...very weird, considering how popular MJ was). This video is good to make, because I listen to a lot of MJ during my travels.
