https://rorybutlermusic.co.uk/ Here I look at the Shure SM57 and a cheaper alternative made by The T.Bone, one of the house brands of Thomann.de. I tried out the mic on steel string acoustic, nylon string acoustic and on an amp using a clean tone and then a dirty tone.

Both great microphones though slightly different sounding. I feel that the SM57 is slightly more full sounding, though picks up a bit less volume than the MB75.
