The music was used in Microsoft Agent's Ocean's Ocean Wars where Dr.Morgan Jackvatma was a villain, but it wasn't the remade one, it was actually the previous one that got interrupted by fighting sounds and also went missing after my data was reset and the song was never found again.
I used a MIDI file of Sonic the Hedgehog 3: Act 2 Boss that sound exactly like what it actually sounds in the game, and edited it using FL Studio 12.
