2Before you say anything, I ultimately decided to reset Windows. The fact I even HAVE to do this (or that it even needs to be an option to fix this) is frustrating to no end. So, fuck you Microsoft! I hope you collapse into a sea of bankruptcy and realise your insistence on not listening to the people who allowed Windows to be successful was ultimately your downfall! Go to hell!
