Xbox’s new enforcement strike system educates players about enforcement severity, cumulative effect of multiple enforcements, and the total impact on their standing. Players can receive a total of eight strikes; each strike remains on record for six months.
Each strike results in a suspension from Xbox’s social features for varying lengths of time. Every player will begin with a blank slate, or zero strikes; previous enforcements must still be completed.

Bethesda’s sci-fi RPG will be released in September following a couple of delays
Bethesda has announced that Starfield has gone gold ahead of its release next month. This indicates that the main development of the game has been completed, and that it’s ready to move to the manufacturing stage. Bethesda has also confirmed that players will be able to preload the game on Xbox Series X/S starting on August 17, and on Steam on August 30. The Digital Premium Edition and the $300 Constellation Edition will come with the game’s first story expansion, Shattered Space, plus up to five days of early access beginning on September 1.

Xbox's new change to its recently updated dashboard UI has many fans frustrated as their games and apps become harder to find. Xbox's settings and store used to be apps that would clog up space on the dashboard after launching them. Now, with the updated dashboard UI, Xbox's most frequently used basic functions like the store and settings are no longer apps, and the game tiles have been made much smaller along the bottom of the screen, finally letting players' backgrounds shine.
