17Testing Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor in RPCS3, the Playstation 3 emulator. This runs fairly well in Vulkan with 4K at DEFAULT SETTINGS. Telling you my settings are damn near pointless unless you possess the same exact hardware. However, for the most part I try to leave the settings at default. Enjoy!
