Midnight Club 3. The definitive racer to end all others in the arcade/customisation/street racing genre. It's easier than 2, and more grounded in reality, but not by much, despite the realistic visuals. Runs well on PCSX2, with few visual bugs here and there, motion blur can be enabled in hardware mode by checking "Preload Frame Data".
