General Outline :
Must be mostly above ground (we will still use cellars to store food n stuff, and the caverns EXIST)
Highest tier of gear is bronze, can use iron but default will be bronze
Every Citizen that is not elderly will be in the training rotation, no exceptions
While we will have a "standing military" I will use the men who are in military rotation for military actions, not just our uber soldiers
