In this prototype of the eventual Power Punch II for NES, Mike Tyson and Don King are still in the game ready to go kick some alien butt. With no one left on Earth for Tyson to fight, the Intergalactic Boxing Federation comes calling with some new competition. Apparently, the quality of boxing in space SUCKS though. Don't come looking for Punch-Out!! with this one. The controls just aren't there. Horrible hit detection and needing to train to raise stats are the main culprits. The only differences between this and the final game were that in this one the power punches don't work right, and the final boss doesn't function properly. The core gameplay is the same and definitely needed fixing before launch. Keep these fools in space, plz...
