Ingredients
Ragi. 1cup
wheat. 1cup
White
chollam. 1cup
sugar. 1 cup
Salt
cucumber
Cashew
Bhadham
Walnuts
Curd
Milk
Millet Halwa
soak three ingredients for half an hour and grind them using mixie and filter the milk from the millets.Add the filtered mixture on to sauce pan and allow them to boil for nearly 15 minutes. This process need continuous stirring to avoid lump and burn..
After boiling take Half the mixture and add it to Kadai .Add 1 spoon of ghee and 1 cup of sugar and give continuous stir for 10 mins ...when the oil separate from the mixture ..our Healthy millet Halwa can be served with cashews.
Millet Buttermilk
Add the boiled milet mix to half a cup of curd and stir well,add little water,salt and the buttermilk is ready to serve with chopped cucumber.
