Mind Grind is a really weird trivia game for Windows developed and published in 1996 by Microforum. It was later re-released as "Quiz Quest" by Expert Software. You are apparently playing as an alien competing with other alien races to colonize Earth, where the winner of the competition will be the alien representative who can answer the most obscure Earth trivia questions. :)

I got the game running in Windows 3.1 under DOSBox, but unfortunately the game requires share.exe which DOSBox doesn't support. I had to use fakeshar.exe to fake the game into running, but data loss is possible with this approach and might explain the crash I experienced toward the end of the video.
