Minecraft Experiments - Crazy Ray Tracing Bug [8]
When I activated Ray Tracing (RTX) in Minecraft, I never expected what was about to happen. At first, everything looked stunning—perfect reflections, realistic shadows, and vibrant lighting brought my world to life. But within minutes, I was introduced to a CRAZY ray tracing bug that turned my game into a glitchy, chaotic nightmare.
Textures started flickering uncontrollably, light beams warped in impossible ways, and my screen looked like it was straight out of a corrupted sci-fi horror movie. Things escalated fast—my game froze after this video, my computer fans went into overdrive, and then… CRASH. My entire system shut down, leaving me staring at a black screen.
I am certain that this bug has broken my computer as now when I activate Ray Tracing (RTX), the game runs a lot slower and my FPS has taken a massive hit. I went from 100FPS with RTX active down to 40 FPS leaving me with a 60% performance reduction with this feature active.
I want to emphasize that I do have an NVIDIA RTX GPU. Currently at the time of me recording this, I am using the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti which is a powerful GPU for this game with Ray Tracing. However this GPU is running on life support clearly if I am already experiencing bugs like this which I have experienced similar things like this in the past.
I also want to let you know that I will be making a return to Lovely World soon. I am just gonna get my new gaming PC and play with it for a bit before I come back to recording for you all.
