Minecraft meets The Forest! - Salt - First Look Gameplay
8Hello and welcome to my first look at Salt, an indie exploration and adventure game that bridges the gap between games like Minecraft and The Forest, forming what I like to call "Minecraft and The Forest's Love Child"!
Salt is a procedurally generated, indie exploration adventure that has surprising depth! I went into this game expecting a much more shallow experience than what I found. If you enjoy games like Minecraft and/or The Forest, then you should definitely try Salt. The unique, simple art style and procedurally generated, island-littered ocean offers a very different take on the genre from what I've seen from other games.
Salt has definitely caught my interest and I hope this video shows how much fun I had taking it for a spin!

Salt is a game based around exploration and adventure where you sail across a vast ocean exploring different islands. The world of Salt is procedurally generated, providing you with an endless amount of exploration. During your adventure you will meet various challenges and obstacles that you will have to overcome, as well as discovering the real story behind the world of Salt.
