60Pet Bats Mod Spotlight is here! Pet Bats is a mod for Minecraft 1.6.2 that adds an actual use for the default Minecraft bats. In this Minecraft Mod you can now tame bats by right clicking on one with a pumpkin pie. Whilst holding the bat you will gain a night vision potion effect. Once tamed you can use the q key to drop the bat and release it into the world. The bat will attack anything you attack and gain experience and levels doing so. Also while holding the pet bat, right clicking will show you information about the bats experience and levels and also allow you to rename it. The highest level in this pet bats Minecraft mod is level 6. At level 3 your pet bat will gain a 33% life steal and at level 6 the pet bat will deal 7 damage per hit and also have a decent health pool.
This Minecraft Mod is awesome in my opinion. Pet bats is now a must have mod for if playing Minecraft for adventure and survival. Link to download this awesome Minecraft mod is below.
