Hi everyone, it’s November 1st and as good of a time as any to begin exercising!
Here is a short shoulder session to kick things off.
(Ideally you’ll be a little warmed up first and from there, follow through as closely as possible. If you have a pre-existing shoulder injury, adjust if necessary.)
Too easy of a workout? Rest a few minutes and do it again! Otherwise, this exercise once or twice week will slowly equal, eventually much improved shoulder strength. Enjoy!
