MIUI 13 development has already begun as the company just unveiled MIUI 12, and is about to start MIUI 12 roll-out in June. The Xiaomi MIUI research team published MIUI 13 functional design.
The company is carrying out a survey to know what users want on their MIUI powered devices. The upcoming MIUI 13 will include further upgrades and additional updates.
The first beta should be available by early 2021 followed by the phased rollout in batches starting end of the June, 2021. The New MIUI Update is expected with more features based on Android 11 and additional functionalities.

MIUI 13 RELEASE DATE
MIUI 12 has been unveiled officially, and the company has already confirmed that they are working on the next generation UI. The MIUI 12 update will be available from June. The release date is expected to be around Q2 2021 (End of June 2021)
