Privacy is also overhauled with no user data being stored in the cloud and all actions performed locally on the device.Mi AI voice assistant will gain more capabilities like document scanning, translations, call assistant with a spam call filter. Xiaomi also overhauled the pairing and connection stability with other Xiaomi devices such as earphones, tablets and TVs. There’s an improved search function in settings with search history and results sorted by categories. MIUI 14 also brings support for more wireless card readers and connection speed boost by using mobile data when Wi-Fi signal is weak.
