41Day 7 of 7, Mixolydian in G. This is the end, my only friends, the end. I don't really know what to say, but I guess this was a pretty interesting learning experience. I definitely feel more confident in my modally based material now, though. And it feels like now that this is over, I can get back to throwing in some more pizazzy stuff into my playing, like key changes and certain flat or sharp notes, SLAPS, more storytelling oriented music, riff oriented, not so much strictly mode oriented and nothing else. I feel good about some of these songs and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be elaborating on at least some of them and turning them into more dynamic and fleshed out songs in the future. Hope yer all still around by the time that happens. Because YOU, the dear viewer, help give me a kind of motivation that I can't get alone. You continue to tune in to this channel, when there's tons of other ones out there with much cooler setups and whatnot. And that's what I really appreciate.
