We've got 3 *new* codes, let me explain them all:

"Character Voice Modifier" gives every racer the voice of one character you specify, it can be anyone. I've chosen Daisy in the video.

"Character Mini Map Modifier" changes the character seen on the mini map. Again, affects everyone (Bowser!).

"Vehicle Sound Modifier" allows you to race with the sound of any vehicle in the game. I took a kart (Offroader) which you may hear if you pay close attention. Not sure but high likely affects everyone, too.

Note:
None of these modify gameplay in any way and other people won't even notice you're running these. ALL values can be used and it can't freeze unlike with "invalid" driver and vehicle combinations.
