I just have time to modding this so

Stats that changed:
Conscript:
Throw Molotov that has 5.5 range,deal 30 damage and ROF is 300
Costs now 160 and when died it's explode more deadly

Flak trooper:
Ground attack ROF from 25 to 20
Garrison ROF from 20 to 18 (due to insane damage that I buffed in garrison troops)
Air attack ROF from 20 to 15
Cost now 180

INI is still a work in progress + other stuff
So not anytime soon
