Mod City Harbor is a track that is around 10% harbor, 90% different districts of Mod City. It has forests, parks, piers, ports, skyscrapers, hills, and lots of islands. One of which has a rich, affluent neighborhood where all the elites screw around.

I don't know why nobody watches these silly gameplay videos.I guess they're not loaded with enough memes. Eh, at least I had fun making this one.

I was not having a good day when this was being played. There's even a restart counter!

The custom character I named "Toxxo", and the kart I'm driving is a replica of the Wagon Queen Family Truckster (Well, it's a kart with green coloring, wood paneling even on the hood, and visible damage on the sides, so I guess it's close enough).
