マルチできないのはちょっと残念
初見なのでバグがあるかも

一回terraria起動してtModLoaderを確認
MOD→openMODsFolderを選択して、そこのフォルダーにダウンロードしたMODを入れます。
一回バックで戻り再度MODを選択リロードしてください。
