Monster Hunter is the first in the series having come out on the PS2 way back in 2004! Follow Caedo Genesis and I as we make our hunter the best of the best and the most fabulous in this Co-Play!

Monster Hunter takes place in the fictional town of Kokoto and its outskirts, ranging from forests and hills to a fiery volcano. You take control of a hunter on their way to the top. To gain acclaim as a hunter you must successfully complete various tasks and quests to attain the glory you seek. Quests are given to you by the Village Elder, and have a few different classifications. There are hunting, gathering and capture quests. Hunting, as you may guess from the name, require you to hunt and slay a wyvern or a given number of creatures. Gathering requires you to gather various herbs, minerals, eggs or monster parts, and Capture has the player weaken and capture a given monster.
