Monthly Solar Activity #1 | January 2022 | Timelapse
Timelapse of Solar Activity in January 2022. In the video there are three images of the Sun. Upper left (Blue) is AIA 131 - this channel is designed to study solar flares. Bottom left (Yellow) is AIA 171 - this channel is especially good at showing coronal loops. Last image - right one - is HMI Intensitigram Flattened. It's role is mainly to show sunspots and their evolution.
Please note that those three images are not perfectly aligned in case of timing. Some differences (up to one hour) may occur, although I did my best to minimize them.
