For our second batch of Patreon Pilot episodes, we have Morrowind Modding History, a new series that aims to focus on the historically important and influential mods of Morrowind's early days that would otherwise never be shown on Morrowind Modding Showcases, either due to quality control issues, game-breaking bugs, or simply the fact that they were never released in a fully playable state. There's a lot of mods that fit this description, from Sea of Destiny to Sword of Perithia, Frankenfell, and many others. If this gets accepted as a permanent series, there'll be about 10~15 episodes in total, since there's obviously a limited amount of content that we can cover with such a format, but it'll hopefully provide renewed interest in some of Morrowind's older, and perhaps somewhat aged, mods of the past.

For our first episode, we're taking a look at one of the first really major landmass mods made for Morrowind and one of the first really great resource packages that's been used by dozens of mods over the years for both Morrowind and Oblivion. That mod is Eric Henry's N'Dib's Twilight, a large, but never finished landmass mod that included over 500 new assets from new woodland architecture to, at the time, beautiful varieties of dense forest trees that ended up being used in far-ranging projects like Sea of Destiny, the Valenwood Isles (for Oblivion), Tamriel Rebuilt (for a time), and countless smaller mods.

Since N'Dib's Twilight was never finished, the author made it clear that their work could be continued by anyone who might be interested. Given that the landmass and resources are already finished, this is a prime project for someone or some team to revive, and perhaps one day we'll see a completed N'Dib mod in Morrowind.
