This is beyond doubt the best budget oriented smartphone we have ever reviewed. At only 12,500 Rs ~ 200 USD [for the 8GB version,16GB version costs 14,000 Rs ~ 225USD] you are getting -

• 1.19 GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 processor & Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset, Adreno 305 GPU, 1 GB of RAM, 8/16 GB of internal storage
• 4.5 inches IPS LCD display with 1280x720 pixels resolution @326 ppi pixel density
• Android v4.3 (Jelly Bean) OS [upgradable to Android 4.4.2 KitKat]
• 5 MP AF camera with HD recording, 1.3 MP front camera
• 2070 mAh Li-Ion battery
• Dual SIM support

Overall this is a great phone to buy. Display, OS, CPU & GPU each and everything of this new smartphone is far better than others in the same price range. Only the UI is not customised though you can download launchers/themes from the play store.
