Maybe this is a pointless video, but maybe it'll help someone. This is a 17" Grimeca mag rim from a Puch moped, but the same process applies to any bike rim and tire, more or less.

No cuts, no elegant prep work, just tired and a little stoned in the garage late at night. Some people struggle a lot with this, so I figured I'd show that you can do it without much hassle as long as you do it calmly and methodically.

I know people all have their own tried and true methods, but this is what works for me.
