Movement in New World Closed Beta: What’s fastest?!
18UPDATE: As of open beta (9/9/2021) dodge canceling still works, but you should avoid using all of your stamina; only roll once, wait for the regen to kick in, then repeat. Overall the new method is significantly faster, especially if using the bow haste on dodge trait.
Decided to compile all the ways to increase your movement speed and compare them. I was a little surprised by some of the results. Hopefully all this testing is still relevant when the full game releases!
