However, “Cut Throat City” could be the week’s must-see. On paper, this film looks like a cautionary tale for everyone. Also, “The Secret: Dare to Dream” shows a fictionalized path to happiness. It’s like a Nicholas Sparks romance, and it presses the idea of positive thinking.
