New Aghanim's shard for Crystal Maiden allows you to move, cast, and attack during Freezing Field. Your movement speed is reduced by 75% during this and the Freezing Field follows your movement. Interruptions and Silences will still interrupt the spell. New CM shard in pair with Windrun is Absolutely broken. Freezing Field on a max movement speed.
