Hi folks! Welcome to the first episode of Mr Yat Plays Final Fantasy IX. This is a special playthrough because I am aiming for the Excalibur II weapon, which you get after beating a certain point in the game while the game time is under 12 hours. Additionally I want "Perfect Stats," which is defined as characters leveling up when they have their optimal gear so they can get additional stat boosts. Lastly I want 100%, which is defined as getting all of the items and opening treasure chests. Keep in mind that some items are lost through other methods, so you can't keep every single item in the game.

This is entirely post gameplay commentary so I can make sure I execute appropriately, but there may be times where I can do live commentary.

4. Impress 100 Nobles for 10,000 gil and Moonstone from Queen Brahne
