5Microsoft Flight Simulator V1 (In this case V1.05) was a bit of a beast for it's time. It was originally written for other computers of the time, and ported to the IBM PC. It uses the hardware to it's limit, and getting it to run in an emulator was quite tricky.
Dosbox-x supports emulating the 8086/8088 CPU, and can run it. I had to play with the glshaders quite a bit to get something that looks OK.
