improvement updates for the v2.0.1

-fixed run-jump distance (when you jump off while holding left or right)

-fixed GF-002 bug where the Black Hound will push it off-screen, triggering the room transition object,teleporting the player straight to the boss fight (the GF-002 can still be pushed off-screen by the Hound tho)

-fixed Ptolemaic APC so that it will only take damage when it's door is open

-fixed the in-out exploit (using the invincibility when getting out of the slug and getting back in before the invincibility disappears)

-fixed platform issues in the ruins

-fixed one-way platforms

-adjusted grunt turning speed (normal variant)

-fixed GF-002 bugs such as turning forever and the "vulcan-less GF-002
