This should work on most modern computers, and pretty much every gaming PC and workstation out there.

If it still doesn't work for you MSI peeps, try changing the lose of power setting to restore to the previous state.

The disabling of the green crap isn't 100% needed, but i've found to be more successful with it disabled.

If it is still not working for you, update your drivers manually.
download the latest Ethernet driver for your card/mobo.

in case you are wondering, i was using the on board NIC, so it can work via that port, and the NIC goes through the PCI-e Bus, which is why in the BIOS you have to enable it. --- http://vpn.hotnoob.com
