Mugen #611: The Eidolon Library
2I got the idea from Final Fantasy 4 DS.
Now, not too long ago, baggy updated the Beatrice I fought in #399, and released Beatrice's "man", Ushiromiya Battler. Like Beatrice, it's broken. He has the same system, with the fullscreen freeze with some anime scene. FX are everywhere, damage is gargantuan, priorities everywhere, mismatched Touhou FX, way too fast, abusable counters, and a pain in the ass to fight. Seriously, if baggy even tried to make this somewhat balanced it might be good, but for now, no.
God Ken, #s 38, 124, 345, 349, 451, 548, 557, 563, 567, 573, fought for #339. God Rugal has still appeared more times. The palette is also Evil Ryu's. I noticed with the rate the taunt gives power, it's basically a powercharge. Why not just give him one. Obligitiory "I like this" sentence goes here.
