Dr. Wily is a boss type character with super armor all the time.... However, I feel he has some balance issues, even as a boss type character....

His projectile pressure is pretty crazy. While not near as bad as Magaki. It's pretty ludicrous.

The hit stun he takes is very short. So if your move has any ending lag. He'll pop out of hitstun to punish you. And his attacks are pretty nasty....

He also has a habit of staying in the air a lot. If you don't have a Super Jump. Or, a projectile like Dark Matter's that goes upward. He can be a bit tough to knock down.

And probably the biggest problem by far.... Some of his projectiles don't count as projectiles. Meaning if you use a move with projectile invincibility. It won't work. And you'll get hit anyway. This is a pretty big problem for some characters especially.

All and all.... This is a character with a lot of potential. And I still suggest getting him if you're a fan of Mega Man. But, I do hope he gets an update to make him a bit more manageable.
