Oh boy... Dr. Doom. What a pain.

Do not get me wrong, this is a VERY good character, but man can his AI be brutal.

Being a MvC2 character, he's a very powerful foe. His projectile game is very good.

Photon Shot covers a lot of area, and makes a great anti air.

Plasma Beam is a very quick projectile, that can't be reflected.

And ROCKS TO THE END BABY-- I mean Molecular Shield acts as a defensive move. And does good chip damage.

Combine this with his flight mode, and hard hitting combos. You have one nasty foe to deal with...

Anyway, I'm still practicing with EX Rugal. He's a very fun character to use. But I'm not very good with him...
