Not a tough character but it can she can make the battle really boring and frustating. She blocks a lot and I mean A LOT and most of the times she stands right in front of you just waiting for you to do something Im surprised that on this attempt I managed land some attacks while she was on the ground, and yes she also will time moves with IFrames including Hypers moves and like all Touhou characters her overheads and low attacks makes no sense (A Standing Middle Kick being an overhead) and they come out so fast (2 Frames) that it makes them 50/50.
For projectiles, she got loads and a few of them are very fast that I felt some were Hitscans because of their speed, she also got some fire balls that explode on contact and she can summon suns as well, lucklly we can pass through them and she can pass through out projectiles too but you will only see she doing this when she is in the air because while on the ground she blocks more than Moku creations.
